To guarantee their booking, we ask the customer to send their bank details securely through the GeorgesBlanc.com site.
The booking is only final when confirmation sent to the customer has been received by the Georges Blanc booking department.
The entire booking payment will be made directly to the hotel.
For some bookings, a down payment might be required to guarantee the booking. These down payments are made on booking. Two down payment methods are possible: either by cheque made out to the hotel and sent directly to the hotel, or by bank card. In this case, the booking is only final once the down payment has been received by the hotel in the given period. The remaining balance will be paid on arrival to the hotel.

Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours before the date of arrival, after which any cancellation or no show will be billed for the first night to your credit card.
-No cancellation, no refund

The customer is reminded that pursuant to article L. 121-21-8 point 12 of the Consumer Code, they do not have the right to a cooling-off period as set out in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms of Sale indicate the terms of cancellation and/or amendment of the booking.
