Two beautiful open cellars are located at the centre of the restaurant.

Our "Rouge & Blanc" Chef cooks local, seasonal produce in regional recipes. Our outdoor terraces over looking the park will welcome you on summer time. A fine selection of local wines chosen by Fabrice Sommier, an award-winning (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) sommelier in charge of the prestigious Vonnas cellar are available on site... Children are welcome with a special menu and the park to play in!!!
The Restaurant "Rouge & Blanc" team use their expertise and passion every day to produce excellent quality cuisine. Working exclusively with fresh, local and seasonal produce, the team promotes Burgundy gastronomy and Beaujolais wines, including the famous Moulin à Vent cru.
